Protection and Confidentiality of Information. 14.1 PSL may store, use or otherwise process personal information about you which is provided by you or us on your behalf. The purposes for which it can store, use or process such personal information are providing investment and other services under these terms, administering your account and other purposes closely related to those activities. This includes (but is not limited to) using information for the purposes for credit and anti-money laundering enquiries or assessments. In the United Kingdom PSL operates and has made all the appropriate notifications in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
