Protection and management of the environment. 7. (1) The Company shall in respect of the matters relating to the environment which are the subject of approved proposals, carry out a continual programme of investigation, research and monitoring to ascertain the effectiveness of the measures they are taking both generally and pursuant to the approved proposals for rehabilitation and the protection and management of the environment.
