Protection and management of the environment. 14. (1) The Proponents shall in respect of the matters referred to in paragraph (k) of subclause (1) of Clause 5 and which are the subject of approved proposals, carry out a continuous programme including monitoring to ascertain the effectiveness of the measures they are taking pursuant to such approved proposals for rehabilitation and the protection and management of the environment and shall, as and when reasonably required by the Minister from time to time, submit to the Minister a detailed report thereon.
