Protection of Company reputation. The Executive undertakes that, he will not at any time during the Employment and at any time (without limit) after the Termination Date make or publish or cause to be made or published to anyone in any circumstances any disparaging remarks concerning the Company or any Group Company or any of its or their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, consultants or agents or any product or service being sold or developed by the Company or any Group Company. However, this shall not apply to any protected disclosure by the Executive within the meaning of section 43A of the Employment Rights Axx 0000.
