Common use of Protection of Facility, Site and Licensed Area Clause in Contracts

Protection of Facility, Site and Licensed Area. LICENSEE shall not do or permit to be done anything which will invalidate any fire, extended coverage or other insurance policy covering the Facility, the Site or the Licensed Area, HOST’s or the State’s interest in the Facility, the Site or the Licensed Area, or that will violate any warranty for the Facility, the Site or Licensed Area. LICENSEE shall comply with all Applicable Laws and Regulations, and recommendations of HOST, the DGS or the State, including without limitation any risk management department or office or any other department or office performing a similar function.‌
