Protection of Indigenous Peoples’ Heritage. The University is committed to the protection of the heritage of Indigenous Peoples. While acknowledging that the duties of Sessional Academic Staff Members are directly related to teaching (see Article 19 – Duties), when considering questions about the intellectual property rights of Sessional Academic Staff Members, the University must take into account the following principles:
