PROTECTION OF LIFE AND PROPERTY. The Unions agree that in the event any member of the bargaining unit exercise their individual right under Section 4 above, the Unions will make every legitimate effort to ensure the minimum services for the protection of life and property, of the type performed by Employees under this Agreement, are provided.
