PROTECTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES. The Lessee shall use the premises in accordance with the attached Land Use Requirements and shall at all times: a. Maintain the premises in good condition and free from weeds, brush, washes, gullies and other erosion which is detrimental to the value of the premises for agricultural purposes. b. Cut no timber, conduct no mining operations, remove no sand, gravel or kindred substances from the premises; c. Commit no waste of any kind nor in any manner substantially change the contour or condition of the premises except changes required to accomplish soil and water conservation measures as may be authorized by said officer.
