PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT (POPIA. 6.1 I / We are hereby informed and accordingly consent to the processing of our personal information as set out in this agreement . The extent of the personal information relates to the personal, identifying, contact, residential, financial, correspondence, educational and behavioural information, as well as any assessments, evaluations and interpretations in respect of any of the aforesaid hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information" as read with and otherwise contemplated in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA)) and which Personal lnformation, subject to clause 6.5 the school and the Governing Body may collect, store, delete, outsource, transfer or otherwise process, as the context and circumstances may require from time to time, a contemplated in terms of POPIA.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT (POPIA. It is recorded that, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, the Supplier must process Personal Information in connection with and for the purposes of the provision of its Services as a Responsible Party and/or as an Operator on behalf of the Client. Thus, the Supplier must comply with the provision of the Protection of Personal Information Act .4 of 2013 (POPIA) in its capacity as a Responsible Party and/or as an Operator acting on behalf of the Client. The Parties agreed on the following contractual clauses in order to adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of Personal Information:

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT (POPIA. 33.1 The Parties’ herein consent in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act No 4 of 2013 (POPIA), to the collecting, storing and processing of their personal information for the purpose of concluding this sale agreement in order to transfer the immovable property mentioned herein.
