Protection of Persons and Property. A. By execution of this Construction Services Agreement, Contractor acknowledges that Contractor, its employees and Subcontractors are required to comply with the fingerprinting requirements set forth in Education Code section 45125.1. B. In the event District determines, based on the totality of the circumstances, that Contractor, Contractor’s employees, and Subcontractors will have only limited contact with pupils, Contractor shall, at its own expense be subject to the following preventative measures: (1) Contractor, Contractor’s employees, and Subcontractors shall check in with the school office each day immediately upon arriving at the Site; (2) Contractor, Contractor’s employees, and Subcontractors shall inform school office staff of their proposed activities and location at the Site;
