Protection of Privacy Act. HEABC will provide the FBA up to $250,000 of funding, until the JFBT is formed, for costs incurred by the FBA in regard to the establishment and formation of the JFBT. Any further costs of this nature incurred by the FBA will be funded by the JFBT.
