Protection of Privacy Act. The report shall be submitted to the Employment Equity Committee and the Union by August 15. The Vice-President (Academic and Research), in consultation with Department Chairs, Programme Directors and Subject Coordinators, shall prepare an annual report outlining the training and information activities conducted during the year in relation to Employment Equity provisions in the Full-time Collective Agreement. This report shall be submitted to the President, the Employment Equity Committee and the Union by August 15.
