Protection of Property in Contractor’s Custody. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions, to protect all furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies, purchased or obtained using any County funds, against any damage or loss by fire, burglary, theft, disappearance, vandalism or misuse.
