Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Collateral Agent or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver in such dealings.
