Common use of Protection of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Collateral Agent or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver in such dealings.

Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Collateral Agent or any Receiver its delegate shall be bound to see or inquire whether the right of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety notice to the contrary, or regularity on be concerned to see whether the part of delegation by the Collateral Agent pursuant to the terms of this Charge shall have lapsed for any reason or such Receiver in such dealingsbeen revoked.
