Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Security Agent or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Security Agent or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Security Agent or such Receiver in such dealings.

Protection of Purchasers. 14.1 No purchaser from, or other person dealing with, the Mortgagee or any Receiver shall be concerned to enquire whether any of the powers which the Mortgagee has exercised or purported to exercise has arisen or become exercisable, or whether this Mortgage has become enforceable, or whether a Receiver has been validly appointed, or whether any event or cause has happened to authorise the Mortgagee or a Receiver to act or as to the propriety or validity of the exercise or purported exercise of any such power, and the title of such a purchaser and the position of such a person shall not be impeachable by reference to any of those matters. 14.2 The receipt of the Mortgagee shall be an absolute and a conclusive discharge to a purchaser and shall relieve him of any obligation to see to the application of any money paid to or by the direction of the Mortgagee.
