Common use of Protection of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Chargee or its delegate shall be bound to see or inquire whether the right of the Chargee to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with notice to the contrary, or be concerned to see whether the delegation by the Chargee pursuant to the terms of this Charge shall have lapsed for any reason or been revoked.
