Common use of Protection of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Security Trustee or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Security Trustee or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Security Trustee or such Receiver in such dealings.
