Common use of Protection of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Protection of Purchasers. 14.1 No purchaser from, or other person dealing with, the Mortgagee or any Receiver shall be concerned to enquire whether any of the powers which the Mortgagee has exercised or purported to exercise has arisen or become exercisable, or whether this Mortgage has become enforceable, or whether a Receiver has been validly appointed, or whether any event or cause has happened to authorise the Mortgagee or a Receiver to act or as to the propriety or validity of the exercise or purported exercise of any such power, and the title of such a purchaser and the position of such a person shall not be impeachable by reference to any of those matters.
