Protection of U.S. Embassy Buildings, Equipment, and Grounds. The Licensee shall use reasonable care to avoid damage to U.S. Embassy buildings, equipment and grounds. If the Licensee’s failure to take adequate care results in damage to any of this property, the Licensee shall repair the damage at no expense to the Licensor, as directed by the Licensing Officer.
