Protection of Work; Mitigation. Contractor shall protect from damage and maintain the Work during the course of construction and shall mitigate any adverse impacts to the Project, including those caused by casualty and by Owner’s authorized changes, which may affect Contract Sum, Contract Time, schedules, or quality.
