Protection System Upgrade Facilities. Xxxxxx Drive 115 kV Remote End Due to the segmentation of Penelec’s Xxxxxx Drive - Mansfield 115 kV transmission line with the addition of the Mainesburg Substation, relay settings at Xxxxxx Drive Substation will need to be adjusted to accommodate the new Mainesburg Substation. Penelec will complete this work at TrAILCo’s cost and expense, and will own these protection System Upgrade Facilities.
