Common use of Prothena Reversion Antibodies Clause in Contracts

Prothena Reversion Antibodies. If this Agreement terminates, except for any termination by Celgene pursuant to Section 10.2 or 10.4 or termination pursuant to Section 10.7, then the provisions of this Section 10.10 (and for the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Section 10.10 shall not apply in the case of termination by Celgene pursuant to Section 10.2 or 10.4 or termination pursuant to Section 10.7).
