Code Ed. 300 and NH Admin. Code Ed. 1100; in Rhode Island: R.I.G.L. 16-71-1, et. seq., R.I.G.L. 16-104-1, and R.I.G.L., 11-49.3 et. seq.; and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
