LEA shall provide Student Data and Teacher Data for the purposes of the DPA in compliance with any applicable provisions of the FERPA, PPRA, IDEA, and in Massachusetts: 603 C.M.R. 23.00, Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 71, Sections 34D to 34H and 603 CMR 28.00; in New Hampshire: RSA 189:1-e and 189:65-69; RSA 186; NH Admin. Code Ed. 300 and NH Admin. Code Ed. 1100; in Rhode Island: R.I.G.L. 16-71-1, et. seq., R.I.G.L. 16-104-1, and R.I.G.L., 11-49.3 et. seq., and the other privacy statutes quoted in this DPA. LEA shall ensure that its annual notice under FERPA includes vendors, such as the Provider, as “School Officials.”
