  • Service Delivery Requirements The following sections describe in detail the work activity required by this program. All CONTRACTORS will be expected to fulfill the work activity requirements in these areas.

  • Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein.

  • Program Requirements A. The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.

  • SYSTEM AGENCY DATA A. As between the Parties, all data and information acquired, accessed, or made available to Grantee by, through, or on behalf of System Agency or System Agency contractors, including all electronic data generated, processed, transmitted, or stored by Grantee in the course of providing data processing services in connection with Xxxxxxx’s performance hereunder (the “System Agency Data”), is owned solely by System Agency.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.

  • Monitoring Requirements This Schedule sets out the contract management requirements which are applicable to the delivery of the Services.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS Contractor must ensure that the Goods and/or Services are delivered or provided as required by this Contract, the Purchase Order used by Purchaser, and as otherwise mutually agreed in writing between Purchaser and Contractor. The following apply to all deliveries:

  • General Education Requirements Some courses may also count toward major requirements, and some majors require specific General Education courses to fulfill degree requirements. The Human Experience The Human Experience is Xxxx-Xxxxxxxx’x General Education program. It is important that in addition to the depth and breadth of knowledge acquired in a student’s major discipline of study, every student must have an appreciation and understanding of the many other fields of study that affect our understanding of the human experience. The college’s General Education program is designed to provide that appreciation and understanding, as well as the foundation skills essential for academic success and lifelong learning. The Human Experience comprises these five subcategories: I. Arts and Letters; II. Behavioral, Economics, and Political Sciences; III. History, Culture, and Philosophical Inquiry; IV. Physical, Life, and Computational Sciences; and V. Physical Education. Students who matriculate and enroll beginning with the Fall of 2013 are required to complete two courses designated as "Global" part of the Human Experience curriculum.
