Provider acknowledges and agrees that banking information can be used to credit, debit, and/or make adjustments to credits or debits, required to fulfill the terms of this agreement.

If Provider does not complete and submit Exhibit A, Provider agrees to pay all invoices from Xerox within thirty (30) days of receipt for non-return of equipment.
