PROVIDER CONCERNS. ‌ 17 The Hospital will respond to nurse(s) who believe they have been subjected to 18 inappropriate behavior by healthcare providers on staff. The nurse will discuss the 19 concern with his/her nurse manager and the Director of Nursing and/or Chief Nurse 20 Executive. A written response will be provided within fourteen (14) days. 21

PROVIDER CONCERNS. Provider and BCBSF acknowledge that Provider may be provided an opportunity to have his/her concerns pertaining to the administration by BCBSF of its utilization management programs, and other BCBSF Activities (as that term is used in Section 14.1 above), addressed in any review/appeal process that may be set forth and described in the Provider Manual.

  • Third Party Providers Except for those terms and conditions that specifically apply to Third Party Providers, under no circumstances shall any other person be considered a third party beneficiary of this Agreement or otherwise entitled to any rights or remedies under this Agreement.   • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed.
