Provider Needs Assessment. Upon Closing, Buyer shall cause and facilitate the Business’s adoption and implementation of Buyer’s recruitment infrastructure in order to recruit physicians to fill positions identified in NHRMC’s most recent provider needs assessment. Within not more than three years following the Closing, Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the recruitment of physicians to fill at least 75% percent of the positions identified in NHRMC’s most recent provider needs assessment.

The Contractor shall conduct a cultural and linguistic group-needs assessment of the eligible client population in the Contractor’s service area to assess the language needs of the population and determine what reasonable steps are necessary to ensure meaningful access to services and activities to eligible individuals.
