Common use of PROVIDER PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

PROVIDER PERSONNEL. Throughout the term of this Addendum, Provider shall restrict its personnel from Processing Client Personal Data without authorization by Provider and shall limit the Processing to that which is needed for the specific individual’s job duties in connection with Provider’s provision of the Services under the Agreement. Provider will impose appropriate contractual obligations on its personnel, including relevant obligations regarding confidentiality, data protection and data security.

Furthermore, Provider declares that the personnel that is able to access personal data of the Client is aware of data protection procedures and trained to react in line with the Addendum.
