Common use of PROVIDER SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

PROVIDER SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Pursuant to the Medicaid and Healthy Michigan subcapitation and the Substance Use Disorder Community Grant funding from the Payor the Provider, shall perform or cause to be performed the services specified in Exhibit A (PROVIDER SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELEGATION GRID) and Exhibit H (TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT CMHSP RESPONSIBILITIES FOR 24/7/365 ACCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH PRIMARY SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS), which are both incorporated by reference into this Agreement and made a part hereof.
