Provider’s Confidential and Exempt Information. 5.3.1 By executing this Contract, the Provider acknowledges that, having been provided an opportunity to review all provisions hereof, all provisions of this Contract not specifically identified in writing by the Provider prior to execution hereof as “confidential” or “exempt” will be posted by the Department on the public website maintained by the Department of Financial Services pursuant to section 215.985, F.S.
