Common use of Providing of Notice Clause in Contracts

The Authority, upon learning of any failure on its part to observe or perform in any material respect any covenant, representation or warranty of the Authority set forth in this Indenture shall promptly notify the Trustee, the Servicer, if applicable, and each Rating Agency of such failure.
