Common use of PROVINCIAL BENEFITS PLAN Clause in Contracts

PROVINCIAL BENEFITS PLAN. ‌ The parties have agreed to participate in the Provincial Benefit Trust, set out in the appended Letter of Agreement. The date on which the benefit plan commences participation in the Trust shall be referred to herein as the "Participation Date". The Boards will continue to provide benefits in accordance with the existing benefit plans and terms of collective agreements in effect as of August 31, 2014 until the Employees' Participation Date in the Trust. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:
