PROVINCIAL BENEFITS PLAN. The Government, and in particular the Ministry of Finance,commits to a full discussion with OECTA about the establishment of a provincial benefits plan. The province agrees to provide funding which will include administration costs, legal costs, and costs of experts needed to undertake any studies and research required.
