Provincial Offences Act (POA) Administrative Clerks. The regular hours of work for POA Administrative Clerk(s) attending out of town satellite court shall consist of seven (7) hours of work. Otherwise the regular hours of work for the Administrative Clerk will be in accordance with Article 15.01 of the Collective Agreement.
