Provincial Review of Reports. The Province shall be entitled to submit any concerns it may have with respect to the reports contemplated by Sections 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 4.6 within 60 days after its receipt of the Joint Appointee’s report under Section 4.6. If the Province does not submit any concerns in respect of such reports within such 60 day period, then the Province shall not be entitled to object to or take issue with any matter arising out of this Agreement in respect of the fiscal year and entities to which such reports relate.
