Provincial. The OSSTF dues deducted in Article 9.01 shall be remitted to the Treasurer of OSSTF at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0 no later than the fifteenth (15th) of the month following the date on which the deductions were made. Such remittance shall be accompanied by a list identifying the employees, their S.I.N. numbers, annual salary, the number of days worked, salary for the period, and the amounts deducted.
