Provincial. The OSSTF dues deducted in Article 9.01 shall be remitted to the Treasurer of OSSTF at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ no later than the fifteenth (15th) of the month following the date on which the deductions were made. Such remittance shall be accompanied by a list identifying the employees, their S.I.N. numbers, annual salary, the number of days worked, salary for the period, and the amounts deducted.
