Provision for Composition Load Factors. For classes carrying a Load factor of 1.17 or 1.25, but paid at a lower Load factor (e.g. by pay rates calculated on the basis of Load factor 1.00), it is understood that the fifty percent (50%) overload cap, above, is based on the Load factor at which the assignment is paid.
