Provision for Supplemental Agreements for Certain Purposes. From time to time, and subject to any applicable regulatory approval, the Corporation, the Lead Underwriter, on behalf of the Underwriters, and the Subscription Receipt Agent may, subject to the provisions hereof, and they shall, when so directed in accordance with the provisions hereof, execute and deliver by their proper officers, agreements supplemental hereto, which thereafter shall form part hereof, for any one or more or all of the following purposes:
