Common use of Provision of Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Administrative Services. The Administrative Services to be covered in this Agreement shall include, but shall not be limited to, the services described on Exhibit A, as such Exhibit may be updated by agreement of the parties from time to time. Service Provider shall perform Administrative Services for the benefit of Service Recipient pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Service Provider shall determine the corporate facilities to be used in rendering the Administrative Services and the individuals who will render such Administrative Services.
