Provision of an evening meal. (a) The Employer will supply the Employee with a meal should the Employer require the Employee to remain at school after 7.00 pm on any day, provided that the Employee has worked a minimum of five hours that day. This provision shall not apply to persons employed as School Services Officers. (b) Where a School Services Officer is required to work overtime in excess of one and a half hours on any day the Employee shall be paid the allowance of $20 or be supplied with a meal. (c) Any Employee required to work more than five hours overtime shall be paid a further amount of $20 or be supplied with a meal.
