Provision of Books and Records. As soon as practicable after the Distribution Date, subject to the provisions of this Section 6.3, CRG and Carrols shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver or cause to be delivered to Fiesta Restaurant Group all Fiesta Books and Records in the possession of the CRG Group, and Fiesta Restaurant Group shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver or cause to be delivered to CRG all CRG Books and Records in the possession of the Fiesta Group.
