Common use of Provision of CLEMIS Applications Clause in Contracts

Provision of CLEMIS Applications. County shall provide Public Body with access to CLEMIS and the specific CLEMIS Applications and services marked on Addendum A, which may be changed from time to time. Addendum A is fully incorporated into this Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement, Addendum A and any changes thereto shall be signed by the CLEMIS Division Manager on behalf of County and the authorized representative as designated on Addendum A on behalf of Public Body. The operational descriptions of the CLEMIS Applications and services are set forth on the CLEMIS Website.
