Common use of Provision of copies of communications Clause in Contracts

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeAgent, at the time of each such communication, with copies of all written communications between that Owner Xxxxxxxx and: (a) the approved brokers; andApproved Brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that OwnerBorrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner (in respect of the Ship owned by it) shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that the relevant Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that the relevant Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, with copies of all written communications between that Owner a Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (iii) a claim under any obligatory insurances of the Ship owned by it.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeAgent, at the time of each such communication, with copies of all written communications between that Owner Bxxxxxxx and: (a) the approved brokers; andApproved Brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Following the occurrence of an Event of Default, each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, ; which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that OwnerBorrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide provides the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communicationwhen so requested, copies of all written communications between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

The Borrower shall procure that each the Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communicationupon its prior request, copies of all written communications between that the Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that the Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that the Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall provide and shall procure that each the Collateral Owner shall provide provides the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that the relevant Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeAgent, at following the time of each such communicationSecurity Agent's written request to this effect, with copies of all written communications between that Owner the Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; andApproved Brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s the Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner the Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

The Borrower shall not and shall procure that each no Owner shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that the relevant Owner and: (a) the approved insurance brokers; and; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, with copies of all written communications between that Owner the Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s the Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner the Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: : (i) that Owner’s Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (iii) a claim in an amount higher than $400,000 under the obligatory insurances of the Ship owned by it.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeTrustee when so reasonably requested, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s Borrower's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a), (b) or (bc) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s 's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeLender upon request, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that OwnerBorrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Security TrusteeAgent, at promptly following the time of each such communication, copies of all material written communications between that Owner andsuch Borrower and each of the following: (a) the approved brokers; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that OwnerBorrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
