Common use of Provision of copies of communications Clause in Contracts

Provision of copies of communications. Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Provision of copies of communications. Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each Each Ship Owning Borrower shall provide the Security TrusteeLender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Ship Owning Borrower’s 's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Ship Owning Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Upon specific request of A Borrower shall, if required by the Security Trustee each Borrower shall Trustee, provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all material written communications between that Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations;; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that such Borrower’s 's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that such Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s Ship.

Upon specific request of the Security Trustee each the Borrower shall provide the Security Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications between that Borrower Xxxxxxxx and: (a) the approved brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances; and (d) any parties involved in case of a claim under any of insurances relating to that Borrower’s the Ship.
