Common use of Provision of copies of communications Clause in Contracts

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the Lender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications (other than (unless specifically required by the Lender) communications of an entirely routine nature) between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default the Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the LenderSecurity Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications (other than (unless specifically required by the Lender) communications of an entirely routine nature) between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s 's obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the LenderAgent, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications (other than (unless specifically required by which could be considered material in the Lender) communications context of an entirely routine nature) any Finance Document, between that Owner and: (a) the relevant approved brokers;; and (b) the relevant approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the relevant approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the relevant obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the relevant obligatory insurances.

The Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the LenderSecurity Trustee, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications (other than (unless specifically required which may be reasonably requested by the Lender) communications of an entirely routine nature) Security Trustee between that Owner and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, ; which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that Owner’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

The Each Borrower shall procure that each Owner shall provide the LenderSecurity Agent, at immediately upon the time Facility Agent’s request (acting on the instructions of each such communicationthe Majority Lenders), with copies of all written communications (other than (unless specifically required by the Lender) communications of an entirely routine nature) between that Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokersApproved Brokers; (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that OwnerBorrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.

Provision of copies of communications. The Each Borrower shall provide and shall procure that each the Collateral Owner shall provide provides the Lender, at the time of each such communication, copies of all written communications (other than (unless specifically required by between the Lender) communications of an entirely routine nature) between that relevant Owner Borrower and: (a) the approved brokers;; and (b) the approved protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations; and (c) the approved insurance companies and/or underwriters, which relate directly or indirectly to: (i) that OwnerOwner’Borrower’s obligations relating to the obligatory insurances including, without limitation, all requisite declarations and payments of additional premiums or calls; and (ii) any credit arrangements made between that Owner Borrower and any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) above relating wholly or partly to the effecting or maintenance of the obligatory insurances.
