Provision of Direct Care Services to PACE Participants. County hereby represents and warrants that County and all employees of County providing direct care to CalOptima PACE participants shall, at all times covered by this Contract, meet the requirements set forth in this Section. County agrees to cooperate with CalOptima PACE’s competency evaluation program and direct participant care requirements, and to notify CalOptima immediately if County or any employee of County providing services to CalOptima PACE participants no longer meets any of these requirements. All providers of direct care services to CalOptima PACE Members shall meet the following requirements:
