Common use of Provision of Documents Clause in Contracts

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Purchaser that such Purchaser shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex Ahereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Investor Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex AExhibit A hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed selling securityholder questionnaire in the form of acceptable to the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex ACompany, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex AExhibit C hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex Aselling securityholder questionnaire, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex AQuestionnaire, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Purchaser Holder that such Purchaser Holder shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a the completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A, with respect to itself A and the proposed distribution by it as any other customary documents that the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Purchaser that such Purchaser shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex AA , with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

Provision of Documents. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex AExhibit E hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws. This Section 10(e) shall only be applicable to the Subscribers listed on Schedule 10(e).

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed form of the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex AExhibit E hereto, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities Shares of a particular Purchaser Subscriber that such Purchaser Subscriber shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a completed selling securityholder questionnaire in the form of acceptable to the Selling Securityholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex ACompany, with respect to itself and the proposed distribution by it as the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to complete the registration pursuant to this Agreement with respect to the Registrable Securities of a particular Purchaser Holder that such Purchaser Holder shall furnish to the Company in writing such information and representation letters, including a the completed form of the Selling Securityholder Stockholder Questionnaire attached hereto as Annex A, with respect to itself A and the proposed distribution by it as any other customary documents that the Company may reasonably request to assure compliance with federal and applicable state securities laws.
