Provision of Funding. 3.1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Canada shall transfer to the Recipient funding as set out in Schedule "DIAND-2", and [list all other Schedules under which funding is committed to the Recipient] by way of periodic payments in accordance with Schedule "FED-1".
