PROVISION OF INFORMATION BY THE CUSTOMER. The Customer shall provide to the Bank or shall cause to be provided to the Bank as of the close of each business day or on such other schedule as the Bank determines is necessary, Oral or Written Instructions containing any additional data or information necessary for the Bank to maintain the Customer's and the Series' Accounts and Records. Such Oral or Written Instructions shall be delivered to the Bank no later than 11:00 a.m., Eastern time the following business day.
