PROVISION OF INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS. The Employer shall provide to the Union, experience information as set out below. Such information shall be provided annually and shall be forwarded to the Union within one (1) month of the end of the policy year, unless noted otherwise.
