Common use of Provision of Information to Union Clause in Contracts

Provision of Information to Union. Upon written request by the Union, four (4) times per year, the University shall provide to the Union and a designated xxxxxxx a summary of subcontracted work which is funded by the State of California Operations and Maintenance of Plant budget. Subcontracted work is that work which is less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in total, or painting work which is less than twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) in total.
